Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains what personal data GreedyArt (the website greedy.art, the Mini App and the @greedyart_bot bot in Telegram) collects, why we use it and what choices you have.

The rules for using the Service are set out in the Terms of Use.

The Service is operated by GreedyArt, which is responsible for processing your data. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

  • Telegram account data: Telegram ID, first and last name, username, language and profile photo. We receive them from Telegram when you sign in and update them each time you sign in.
  • Profile data you set yourself: display name and avatar.
  • Photos, text and other data you add to a template, and the results of your generations.
  • Templates you create, works you publish, your favorites and the sticker packs you create in Telegram.
  • Credit transactions and purchases, including the Telegram payment ID. We do not receive your card details.
  • The date and version of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy you accepted in the Mini App.
  • Technical data: the IP address and app or browser details (user agent) of active sessions, and server logs.

3. Why we use it

  • to sign you in and keep your account;
  • to run generations and deliver the results;
  • to handle payments, credit balances and creator rewards;
  • to show published templates and works in the catalog;
  • to translate templates into other languages and assign tags;
  • to moderate published content and prevent abuse;
  • to answer your support requests.

We process data to provide the Service you asked for, to meet legal obligations and, for security and abuse prevention, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

We do not sell personal data. We use your photos only for the generations you start and for the works you choose to publish.

4. Who processes the data

We share data with third parties only as far as needed to run the Service:

  • Replicate (USA) runs the AI models. It receives the photos and text of your generations, and template texts for translation, tagging and moderation.
  • Telegram handles sign-in, payments in Stars and the creation of sticker packs.
  • Cloudflare protects the website and speeds up its delivery.
  • Hetzner (Germany) hosts the server where the database and files are stored.

Some of these companies are located outside your country, including in the USA. They process data under their own privacy policies.

5. What others can see

Your photos and generations are private by default.

If you publish a work, anyone can see it on the template’s page, and the template’s creator sees it too. You can unpublish it at any time.

If you publish a template, its title, description and examples, as well as your name and avatar as its creator, are visible in the catalog and on the website.

6. Storage and retention

Data is stored on our server. Your photos and results are available only to you, except for the works and templates you publish.

We keep data while your account exists. Deleting a work in the app hides it; to have files deleted for good, send us a request (see “Your rights”).

A sign-in session lasts 30 days. Records of purchases and credits may be kept longer where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your account and all related data, including photos and results;
  • restrict or object to processing.

Send your request to [email protected] or with the /support command to @greedyart_bot. We will reply within 30 days. When an account is deleted, unspent credits and earned rewards are lost.

You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or with the data protection authority in your country.

8. Cookies and local storage

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses only:

  • the greedyart_consent cookie, which remembers your choice in the cookie banner for one year;
  • technical cookies that Cloudflare sets to protect the site from bots.

If we add analytics, it will run only after you click “Accept all” in the banner. To change your choice, delete this site’s cookies in your browser, and the banner will appear again.

The Mini App keeps your session token, the chosen language and the progress of the current generation in your device’s local storage.

9. Children

The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We publish the new version of this policy on this page and update the date at the top. We will announce significant changes in the Service.
