1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of GreedyArt: the website greedy.art, the GreedyArt Mini App and the @greedyart_bot bot in Telegram (together, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What GreedyArt is

GreedyArt is a marketplace of AI templates. A template is a generation setup prepared by a creator: a prompt, reference images, model settings and a list of the data it needs from you.

You pick a template, add the photos, text or other data it asks for, and start a generation. The result is created by third-party AI models.

You do not buy the template itself. You pay for generating your own content with it.

3. Account and age

You sign in with your Telegram account. We receive your Telegram ID, name, username, profile photo and language from Telegram.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for everything done in your account. We may block an account that breaks these terms.

4. Credits and payments

Generations are paid for with credits. The price of each generation is shown before you start it.

Credits are bought with Telegram Stars. Payments are processed by Telegram under its own terms.

Credits are not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or used outside GreedyArt. Credits do not expire.

New accounts receive a few free credits. We may give bonus credits for other actions, such as publishing your first work.

If a generation fails, the credits spent on it are returned to your balance automatically.

A purchase can be refunded only while none of the credits from it have been spent. To request a refund, send the /paysupport command to @greedyart_bot. Stars are returned to your Telegram account.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to the photos, text and other data you upload. You allow us to store and process them, including passing them to AI providers, as far as this is needed to run your generations.

Your generated works are private by default and visible only to you. You can publish a work: it can then appear on the template’s page. You can unpublish a work at any time.

Subject to these terms and the law, you may use your results for any lawful purpose. We do not guarantee that a result is unique or protected by copyright.

6. What is not allowed

Do not upload or create:

• photos of other people without their consent;
• any content that sexualizes minors;
• sexual or intimate images of real people without their consent;
• content meant to deceive: fake documents, impersonation, or images passed off as real to mislead people;
• content that promotes violence, hatred or discrimination, or is otherwise illegal;
• characters, costumes, creatures and settings from films, games, comics, books or other franchises;
• brands, logos and trademarks that are not yours;
• the face, name or voice of a real person — including celebrities, politicians and other public figures — without their consent;
• material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.

Published templates and works go through automatic moderation. It filters out banned subjects; it does not check who holds the rights to a character, a brand or a face, and it is not approval of your content.

We may remove content and block accounts that break these rules.

7. Templates and creators

Any user can create templates. A template can be kept private, shared by link or published in the GreedyArt catalog.

By publishing a template, you allow other users to generate content with it, and you allow us to show the template, its description and examples in the catalog and on the website, including in translation.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you put into a template, including reference images and examples.

Tags and the category of a published template are assigned automatically. We may hide or remove a template that breaks these terms.

For each generation made with your published template by another user who has bought credits, you receive a reward of 50% of the generation price in credits. There is no reward for your own generations or for generations by users who have not bought credits.

The rules and schedule for withdrawing rewards will be published separately. Until then, earned credits are recorded on your balance.

If we remove a template after a justified complaint, we may cancel the rewards it has earned and deduct the matching credits from your balance.

If someone brings a claim against us because of a template you published — over copyright, a trademark, a person’s image or anything else — you will cover our losses, fines and reasonable legal costs.

8. Our role

Templates, works, descriptions and examples in the Service are created and published by users. We host them; we are not their author.

We do not check content for lawfulness before it appears, and we have no general duty to monitor it. We act once we learn of a violation, in the way described in “Complaints and copyright” below.

Automatic filters, moderation and the way we arrange the catalog are measures we take voluntarily. They do not make us the author of user content and do not mean that we have checked or approved it.

Responsibility for content lies with the person who uploaded or published it.

9. Complaints and copyright

If you believe that a template, a work or other content in the Service breaks these terms or the law, or infringes your copyright or other rights, write to [email protected]. Please include:

• a link to the template or work;
• what exactly the violation is;
• your name and contact details;
• for a copyright complaint, a statement that you own the rights or are acting on behalf of the owner.

We confirm that we have received your complaint within 2 business days and decide on it within 10 business days. If a case needs longer — for example while we wait for the other side to reply — we tell you and give a new date.

If a complaint is justified, we hide or remove the content. We tell both sides our decision and the reason for it.

We may tell the person who published the content about the complaint, and they can reply to [email protected] with their side. If the reply shows that the complaint was mistaken, we restore the content.

An account that infringes someone else’s rights repeatedly is blocked and loses the right to publish. Copyright complaints under the US DMCA go to the same address.

10. Availability and liability

We keep developing the Service and may change or discontinue features, templates, models and prices.

AI models do not always give the expected result. Results depend on the model, the template and your data, and may contain errors.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of the Service.

We are not liable for content created or published by users, nor for disputes between users about it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page. We will announce significant changes in the Service in advance.

If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. This does not take away the protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you as a consumer.
